after last year's first patch they made Origin choose the game language and not regedit so that's why the GDFBinary method stopped working. Last year it was by editing the regedit thing but this year the language is locked via Origin i see, right click on Fifa 17 - Game Proprieties - Advacned Launch Option and there's the language. Won't work like that, and even if it does but i doubt it it'll break at the first update.
